Shipping & processing

We currently ship within the United States only. Flat-rate shipping is $11 per order. Shipping is free on orders over $150.

Orders are processed 2–3 days after payment is received. Custom orders ship as soon as possible; timing varies with the piece and sourcing of materials. Please contact us to discuss timing for a custom piece.

Please note that return requests must be submitted within 30 days of the original purchase date. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Custom-made and resized pieces are evaluated on a case-by-case basis to determine return eligibility.

Each item is made using authentic antique silverware, with careful attention given to preserving the original patterns, intricate details, and character of the vintage materials while ensuring the strength and durability of the finished piece.
